Park Administration and Maintenance: The IFSAA The PrY Society Back to Park Admin
GETTING

The Providential Youngsters (PrY) Society is an organization of Ifugao youth from Asipulo and some provinces of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). The majority of members are high school and college students.

The members of the PrY Society are the Park tour and hiking guides. Gerald Puguon, Jr., president of the IFSAA, is the PrY Society organizer.

Almost all of the members are children of farmers, or are, themselves farmers, who are conversant in English, know the trails, campsites and agroforestry areas by heart, help in maintaining the agricultural areas and implement environmental conservation projects.

The PrY Society also come up with their own environmental and socio-civic projects that help them in improving their skills, and come up with and fund-raising projects, the proceeds of which help with school-related expenses.
